We worked with Andriy and team on phase 2 of a full house renovation and we’re very pleased with the result. He is reliable, efficient, has a high attention to detail and is a pleasure to work with. He was also considerate of our neighbours, which was important to us. We would recommend Andriy and team to others considering similar projects

Organised through and happy to have initial meetings to finalise the finer detail.

Worked to time scales.

Communicated next steps.

Really happy with finished building work.

Would use again

Have worked with Andy on two major projects spanning 4 years of work. Great attitude towards delivering difficult tasks, and managed his workers well. Good quality finishes and workmanship. Finished when he said he would, and always willing to adapt to design changes along the way. I would always consider him for anything substantial and complex

We could not speak highly enough of ASP Building & Renovation, and would happily recommend them to anyone embarking on a building project. The whole team were very hard working, considerate, lovely people. Andy was always available if we needed to talk about anything or support in the decision making process. The attention to detail was second to none. At the end of the project , where there were loose ends, we have heard of builders not coming back to finish off tiny things and then become an oversight. This was not the case with ASP, they have completed everything and made sure to come back and finish off the final things. We absolutely love our new space ,and could not be happier with the job they have done.
